London-bound after completing my sixth annual trip to Delray Beach in Florida. Lovely to be back on the ATP Champions Tour and to see some new and old faces.
Goran was in good spirits as Marin Cilic was due to start practising this week after missing the start of the season with a shoulder injury. Will be good to see him back on the tour - especially on the American hard courts where he can really challenge. Also great to see James Blake make his ATP Champions Tour debut. He gave me a great interview for the Tennis Podcast, offering some real insight into the tour and how his life has changed since retirement. It's worth a listen if you have a few minutes to spare.

I don't know where I got the idea that starting a blog can really make you rich and famous but the truth is for me it actually did. I get excited whenever I encounter start ups. I want to share with them what I know. I want to make each one of them feel special and unique and I want to support what they do. Nobody starts a blog just to do some stupid things. If they do, the bigger guys will be more than happy to help take them down. They are like the dirt and grime of our circle.

I guess that's it. I felt I was abandoned. I felt I was left alone to die by myself. I was left alone to worry about everything. Everything and everyone is on a contradictory stance. I am not free to unwind and do little things for myself. I can't even give myself a warm bath. I wanted to take a trip to a nearby hardware but I am unable to do it. There is nothing like a view of beautiful tiles and interior to cheer me up. I guess deep inside I really wanted to be an interior decorator. I am a frustrated artist now I think.
